My Sony VAIO Laptop Stop Charging At 80% [SOLVED]

I bought a new sony vaio laptop, It was good but battery life was little bad as compared to another vaio laptops. And one day i was with my friends at home and he told me why your laptop stop charging at 80% and i was really amazed, i got this problem after 4 months, after that In some days i also got the solutions of this problem and If your laptop is not charging above 80% today i will here show you the solutions of that problem.

STEP 1: Click Start, Then search for 'Vaio Control Center' and open the program.

STEP 2: Then move to 'Power and Battery' option and in the right side in Battery section Turn the 'battery care function' off. as shown pic below.
